By purchasing and/or using this ticket, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. The ticket holder agrees that Fuel Entertainment LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and venue partners shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, theft, or other harm to persons or property arising from attendance at or participation in the event.
By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own actions, safety, and well-being while attending the event.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling changes, venue changes, personal emergencies, illness, travel issues, acts of God, force majeure events, or removal/refusal of entry due to violation of event policies or applicable laws.
By purchasing this ticket, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to a refund for any reason whatsoever, regardless of attendance or inability to attend the event.
Fuel Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify the event date, time, lineup, venue, or other event details without obligation to provide any refund or compensation.
